Description of Service

MaxxLabs provides an AI-powered local SEO automation platform ("Local Growth Engine") that helps small and medium businesses manage their online presence. The Service includes automated management of Google Business Profiles, website SEO fixes, content creation and publishing, review management, competitor monitoring, and performance reporting.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to bind the business on whose behalf you are using the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@themaxxlabs.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

Google Account Authorization

Certain features of the Service require you to authorize MaxxLabs to access your Google account, including your Google Business Profile, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics data. By granting this authorization:

• You confirm you have the right to authorize access to the relevant Google accounts and business listings
• You authorize MaxxLabs to perform actions on your behalf including publishing posts, replying to reviews, answering Q&A, and updating business information on your Google Business Profile
• You understand that automated actions will be taken on your listing as part of the Service
• You may revoke this authorization at any time via your Google Account settings, which will disable related features of the Service

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Publish false, misleading, or deceptive content about your business
• Violate Google’s Terms of Service or Business Profile policies
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or another user’s account
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our platform
• Use the Service for any purpose other than managing your own legitimate business presence

Content

Our AI generates content (posts, review replies, website copy) on your behalf. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving any content published under your business name. MaxxLabs is not liable for the accuracy, appropriateness, or consequences of AI-generated content published through the Service. You retain ownership of all content associated with your business.

Fees and Payment

Certain features of the Service may require payment of fees. Fee schedules, billing cycles, and payment terms will be presented to you before any charge is made. All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. You may cancel a subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and the Service remains available until then. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable law.

Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period. At the end of the trial, you will need to subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue free trial offers at any time.

Intellectual Property

MaxxLabs and its licensors own all rights to the Service, including the platform, software, algorithms, and documentation. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except the limited right to use the Service as described herein. You retain all rights to your own business data and content.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that specific results (such as improved search rankings or increased customer leads) will be achieved. SEO outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MaxxLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold MaxxLabs harmless from any claims, losses, or damages (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party’s rights, including Google’s Terms of Service.

Termination

Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately if you breach these Terms or if we are required to do so by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases and we will handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes where possible. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice within the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
